eGift voucher terms

• •An eGift voucher is non-refundable / non-exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full, and is valid for a single transaction only.
• •eGift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
• •eGift vouchers are valid until the claim-by-date shown on the voucher or set by the issuing brand.
• •eGift vouchers are only to be used in their specific region — a US card redeems on a US account, a UK card on a UK account, etc.
• •eGift vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective brands (Apple, PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Google Play, Netflix, and others).

Virtual Visa & Mastercard cards — KYC & refunds

Virtual prepaid cards work differently from ordinary gift cards. Please read and understand the following before buying — you confirm you have read this when you add a virtual card to your cart:

• •Virtual cards carry a higher chance of identity checks (KYC) than standard gift cards. Some platforms ask for a passport or national ID at random, and may flag accounts where the billing address, VPN, or device location don't match your internet connection.
• •If a platform asks you to verify your identity and you cannot, that is between you and that platform — we cannot resolve it or intervene on your behalf.
• •Some websites do not accept prepaid cards at all. We cannot refund a card because a website declined it — ask us on WhatsApp before you buy if you are unsure.
• •Refunds: we refund a card only if it is never delivered or arrives unfunded. We cannot refund because you failed, or expect to fail, another platform's identity check — the card is delivered exactly as described.
• •If you think you might fail verification (no passport or national ID, you use a VPN, or your address doesn't match your internet connection), please buy a standard gift card instead — such as Amazon — rather than a virtual card.

Delivery & redemption

Codes are delivered automatically by email to the address provided at checkout — most within minutes (Apple cards may take a little longer due to supplier processing). It is the buyer's responsibility to enter a correct email address and to check spam/junk folders. Each code is redeemed on the brand's own platform, and the account region must match the card's region.
